Les Aperos Bio

The Aperos Bio are organic aperitifs made in France with French organic wine. Thanks to a specific production process, we are able to create our aperitifs with low sulphite content.

The result is a finely elaborated white wine cuvée with aromatic freshness.

A mixture of flowers and fruits which combines the floral delicacy with the pleasantness of the fruit.

Viognier

Grape:Viognier

Alcohol degree:13 % 

Food pairings:Aperitif:with goat cheese&honey toast, salmon&dill cake or Cretan toast. Meal:cuttlefish a la plancha,asparagus risotto,poultry casserole with rosemary or flambéed prawns.

Tasting notes:Color:brillant,limpid with golden reflections.Generous and aromatic on the nose with notes of yellow-fleshed fruits and hints of white flowers.

Grenache Rosé

Appellation:IGP pays d´Oc

Grape:Grenache

Alcohol degree:12 % 

Food pairings:Aperitif:Vegetable samosas, tapenade of black olives toast, melon. Meal:chicken skewer,quinoa&shrimps salads,grilled meat.

Tasting notes:Color:brillant,limpid with golden reflections.Generous and aromatic on the nose with notes of yellow-fleshed fruits and hints of white flowers.
