Asetra caviar is a delicious caviar.  Its particular iodized taste, with a hint of hazelnut have always made it a caviar appreciated by the most demanding palates and is considered by many to be the most refined quality, to be tasted in purity.
It comes from the Russian sturgeon.  It takes 9-11 years on average to obtain this caviar.
